Chairperson for 7 consecutive mandates of the Civil Council of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Bulgaria (2016 –  2023) and its member up to date – the longest-working civil structure in Bulgaria in the field of rule of law including  more than 40 professional and expert NGOs working in the field of judiciary, legislation and home affairs.

Participates in the legislative process of Bulgaria as a representative of civil society, working closely with the political parties in the National Assembly (Parliament) of Bulgaria, governmental structures (ministries, agencies and commissions), academic community and NGOs – from drafting and proposal of legal amendments to advocacy and public awareness.

Professional career start: in the period 2001 – 2005 works consecutively for the biggest Bulgarian NGO  – Center for the Study of Democracy as a project coordinator of Coalition 2000 anti-corruption initiative for Bulgaria of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and for the large-scale USAID project Judicial Strengthening Initiative for Bulgaria, implemented by East West Management Institute (USA) as a project coordinator of component Small Grants, Legislation and Public Awareness
